消息面上，宜明昂科近日公布，日前已向国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心，提交IMM2510用于治疗经免疫治疗耐药性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的三期临床试验的申请，并于近期递交两项针对不同类型肺癌的三期注册临床试验。
公司表示，在2025年世界肺癌大会发表的一期研究数据近期显示，针对曾接受免疫治疗的晚期鳞状非小细胞肺癌(SQ-NSCLC)的17例可评估患者，IMM2510的客观缓解率及疾病控制率分别达到35.3%及76.5%，中位缓解持续时间为7.59个月，中位无进展生存期为9.4个月。基于上述结果，公司计划透过三期临床试验进一步验证IMM2510的疗效与安全性，旨在为肺癌患者提供更有效的治疗选择。
