智通财经APP获悉，云锋金融(00376)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨3.71%，报6.43港元，成交额2.43亿港元。
消息面上，云锋金融近期公告称，战略入股全球加密货币人寿保险公司Anthea并与其战略合作。根据备忘录，集团与Anthea将共同探索以区块链为基础的保险产品，涵盖合规相关流程及面向数字资产用户，包括加密货币人寿保险产品，以及基于ETH及BTC的储蓄与退休保险。双方亦将探索传统保单的数位化，构建高效且具前瞻性的保险业务模式。
值得注意的是，9月9日，云锋金融发布公告称，公司全资附属公司云锋证券有限公司获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会的批准，将现有第一类(证券交易)受监管活动的牌照升级。此次升级后，云锋证券将可为零售及专业投资者提供虚拟资产交易服务，客户可在云锋金融的交易平台直接交易数字资产。此前，云锋金融与蚂蚁数科达成战略合作协议。同时，云锋金融集团对Pharos Network Technology Limited进行战略投资。双方将通过Pharos高性能公链平台，共同合规拓展现实世界资产(RWA)代币化及下一代互联网(Web3)等领域。
