Heptamax International (SGX:8A1) incorporated a joint venture company in Malaysia named Hepta Shinmaster, according to a Saturday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in Monday trading.
The incorporation and subscription of the subsidiary's shares was funded through internal resources.
