Juno Minerals Completes Sale of Western Australia Project to Perth Miner; Shares Rise 4%

Juno Minerals (ASX:JNO) completed the sale of its Mount Mason DSO hematite project in Western Australia to Gold Valley Yilgarn for AU$6 million and a 2% free-on-board revenue royalty on all iron ore production from the project, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company plans to start production at the project in mid-2026, the filing said.
The proceeds from the sale will be used to advance exploration at the company's Mount Ida magnetite project and for general working capital, the filing added.
The sale of the project will not impact the company's Mount Ida Magnetite project in Western Australia.
Shares of the company rose past 4% in recent Monday trade.
