金吾财讯 | 平安证券(香港)表示，外电报道，巴西国家经济和社会发展银行(BNDES)与中国进出口银行(CEXIM)同意成立一项10亿美元的基金，将投资于能源转型、基建、矿业、农业和AI等领域。有关声明指，BNDES将出资4亿美元，而CEXIM将出资6亿美元。新基金将于2026年开始营运，投资于巴西的债务证券和股权。BNDES的代表指，该基金是巴西和中国机构之间的首个双边基金，主要通过以巴西货币雷亚尔计价的投资进行营运。建筑及化工工程等央企有望在 “一带一路”建设中拓展发展空间并迎来新的发展机遇，建议积极关注相关公司：中国铁建(01186)、中石化炼化工程(02386)。
