Andromeda Metals (ASX:ADN) said it is initiating pilot-scale test work for the continuous production of commercial samples of high-purity alumina (HPA) at its HPA project in South Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The test work is expected to produce 4N HPA in a variety of forms, to be used as commercial samples for evaluation by potential customers, the filing said.
