Orion Parrott 指出，当前正处在区块链与AI技术交汇的历史性拐点，为创业者提供了前所未有的机遇。针对如何选择技术路线，他提出了一个三维评估框架：技术契合度（区块链能力、AI工具与生态可组合性）、社区文化（价值观与开发者支持）以及治理与可持续性（升级路径与真实用户参与）。
在构建策略上，他强调了三大关键基础设施趋势：稳定币作为连接传统与加密世界的 programmable money，钱包用户体验的改进将成为主流采用的关键，以及快速演进的基础模型将赋能链上自动化与智能决策。他特别指出，代币化是将传统系统迁移至分布式平台的核心路径。
最后，Parrott 为早期创业者指明了方法论：寻找现实中已破碎的低效系统作为切入点，并以“用更少代码实现更多功能”作为衡量平台适配度的黄金标准。
