Critical Metals Secures 10-Year Offtake Deal to Supply 15% of Production from Greenland Project; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

Critical Metals (CRML) said Wednesday that it has signed a letter of intent for a 10-year offtake agreement with REalloys to supply up to 15% of the annual rare earth concentrate production from its Tanbreez project in Greenland.

The companies are working toward a definitive agreement, Critical Metals added.

Shares of the company were up 25% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
