Shareholders of Luen Thai (HKG:0311) will meet Oct. 24 to vote on the proposed purchase of woven and knit fabric by unit Luen Thai Overseas from substantial shareholder Shangtex, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The purchases will take place from time to time until Dec. 31, 2027 under the agreement signed in August.
Shangtex, through unit Shangtex (Hong Kong), holds around 70.64% interest in the apparel business company.
