Fifth Third与Comerica达成109亿美元收购交易，打造美国第九大银行

路透10月6日 - Fifth Third FITB.O 周一同意以全股票交易的方式收购地区性贷款机构 Comerica CMA.N ，交易总值为 109 亿美元，从而成为美国第九大银行，在中西部地区拥有强大业务。

分析师表示，整合对于规模较小银行与美国前几大银行竞争至关重要，多家银行打算利用特朗普政府可能放宽监管的环境。

每一股Comerica股票将可换取1.8663 股Fifth Third股票，按照第Fifth Third 10 月 3 日的收盘价计算，这笔交易的估值为每股 82.88 美元。

Comerica 的股价在盘前交易中上涨12%，而 Fifth Third 则下跌了 3%。

Argus Research分析师Stephen Biggar表示：“银行股价创新高也使得交易的财力增加，今天的公告可能会鼓励更多的董事会讨论潜在的大小合作。”

标普500银行类股指数.SPXBK 今年已飙升近 21%，超过指标标普500指数 .SPX 约 14% 的涨幅。

交易预计将于 2026 年第一季末完成，之后Fifth Third股东将持有合并后公司约 73% 的股份。(完)
