智通财经APP讯，生活概念(08056)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，公司(作为租户)与业主(Forestar Investment Limited)就一间中式餐厅的营运订立自2025年10月1日起至2026年9月30日止为期1年的租赁协议，且可选择重续租赁协议。
公司须于每个历月向业主支付租金11万港元或每月总收入的16%(上限为15万港元)，以较高者为准(不包括管理费、政府差饷及所有公用事业费用支出，并须于每个历月的第一日预先支付予业主)。该物业为香港耀华街38号Zing! 28楼及29楼。
集团一直以“Dawn and Moonlit”品牌名称经营一间中式餐厅。鉴于Dawn and Moonlit私房菜的成功及为缓解Dawn and Moonlit私房菜订位频繁超额的情况，公司计划以Dawn and Moonlit品牌名称开设第二间专营私房菜的餐厅。董事会相信于该物业开设新餐厅将为集团带来稳定的营业额。
