智通财经APP讯，IDT INT'L(00167)发布公告，于2025年10月2日，公司接获委任接管人的通知，提及中正天恒会计师有限公司的Lam Kwun Leung先生(接管人)已于2025年10月1日获Lead Winner Investment Limited(LWIL)(作为承押人)委任为接管人，以接管根据泰格能源科技有限公司(泰格能源，作为押记人)签立日期为2025年5月13日的股份押记协议，以LWIL为受益人的3.12亿股公司普通股。
于本公布日期，公司已发行股份总数为4.33亿股，其中3.12亿股公司已发行股份(相当于公司于本公布日期已发行股份总数约72.10%)由泰格能源持有。泰格能源分别由Tiger Charles Chen先生(公司董事)及王东源先生直接拥有50%及50%的权益。
董事会正核实所指称委任接管人的有效性，并正就委任接管人对集团的潜在影响进行评估及寻求法律意见。
