智通财经APP讯，汇盈控股(00821)发布公告，于2025年10月6日，汇盈金融科技(公司的直接全资附属公司)、深圳高歌及深圳峰霖汇订立合营协议，据此各方同意共同成立一家合营公司，其中汇盈金融科技持有34%权益、深圳高歌持有33%权益及深圳峰霖汇持有33%权益。根据合营协议，合营公司拟根据中国法律注册成立为私人股份有限公司。合营公司将主要从事提供以RWA范畴的培训、专业咨询服务及高端会议业务。
公司认为成立合营公司符合公司及其股东的整体利益。深圳高歌所积累的产业资源，将有效赋能集团在Web3.0领域的生态发展与业务拓展。此举将整合集团札根传统金融的专业实力与前沿Web3.0领域的创新动能，既能巩固集团核心竞争基础，亦可培育全新增长引擎。
