智通财经APP讯，德利机械(02102)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年7月31日止年度的净溢利将较截至2024年7月31日止年度所取得的净溢利增加约250%至300%。
董事会认为该增幅主要是由于(i)香港特别行政区政府推行的多个发展项目及铁路项目，以及堆填区扩建项目所产生的需求，带动重型设备的销售及租赁增加;以及(ii)截至2025年7月31日止年度，由于贸易及租赁应收款项的账面金额减少及收回率改善，导致贸易及租赁应收款项的预期信贷亏损拨备出现拨回(2024年：预期信贷亏损拨备约为320万港元，主要由于考虑到应收款项预期年限的经济状况及客户的付款历史，信贷风险及预期违约风险增加，导致预期信贷亏损拨备增加)。
