Visual effects company Digikore Studios (NSE:DIGIKORE) has received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) for its proposed 1:1 bonus issue, according to a NSE filing on Wednesday.
The company will issue 6.3 million new equity shares of 10 India each in the ratio of one new share for each existing share held.
The record date to decide on the eligible shareholders for the bonus issue has been set as Oct. 24.
