消息面上，10月5日，OPEC+公告称，该组织八个产油国将在11月进一步增产13.7万桶/日，与10月增产幅度一致，远低于媒体此前援引消息人士报道的50万桶增产幅度。华源证券此前表示，随着OPEC+增产持续加速，预计2025年Q4油运市场景气度或有明显提升。
