消息面上，柏能集团公布，撤回上市的决议已获股东投票正式通过，预计股份于港交所买卖最后日期为2026年1月8日。据悉，公司于9月12日向港交所提交申请，从港交所主板自愿撤回股份上市。公司从港交所除牌后将保留其股份于新加坡交易所现有主要上市地位。公开资料显示，柏能集团为全球第二大GPU显卡生产厂，旗下的索泰品牌为英伟达全球核心AIC合作伙伴。
