Tambourah Metals (ASX:TMB) said it has signed contracts for 3,000 meters of aircore drilling targeting high-grade gold at its Bryah copper-gold project's Beatty Park South in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The drilling will target along strike from the intersections reported from two previously drilled holes.
The company expects the aircore program to commence shortly and will focus on outlining the extent of shallow, high-grade gold mineralisation and will also provide additional information for planned reverse circulation drilling of deeper, bedrock targets.
The company has submitted a program of work for follow-up reverse circulation drilling, and approval for this program is pending.
The company's shares fell past 6% in recent Wednesday trade.
