10月8日晚间消息，海底捞披露数据，2025年中秋国庆假期期间，全国海底捞客流持续保持高位运行，其中10月6日中秋节当天共计接待顾客超180万，较去年中秋节客流同比提升约5%。
今年8月，海底捞西藏首店开业，自此实现了国内省级行政区全覆盖。从9月至今的一个多月时间，海底捞在全国各地又有超20家新店开业，不仅覆盖上海、深圳、天津、杭州等一线城市，在浙江丽水、江西九江、山东齐河、甘肃张掖等下沉市场也有不少新店亮相。南疆区域内，海底捞更是在喀什和库尔勒连开两店。
国庆期间，海底捞陆续上新鲜切类产品。海底捞产品管理部相关负责人表示，2025年国庆假期前7天的鲜牛肉日均消耗量超过了35吨，环比上周翻了一倍。不少海底捞火锅门店改造升级为“海底捞鲜切工坊”后，鲜切肉品的点击率持续提升。
截至2025年9月底，主打鲜切鲜活产品的标准版主题店已营业超100家，涵盖鲜切牛肉、鲜活海鲜、鲜切羊肉、鲜切脆皖鱼、鲜切黑猪等品类。
