Remy Cointreau's Outlook Seems at Risk -- Market Talk
Dow Jones
Oct 08, 2025
1058 GMT - Remy Cointreau's guidance seems challenged amid difficult market environment, Deutsche Bank analysts say in a research note. The French distiller, which is due to publish an update on Oct. 30, will likely report its toughest quarter of the year, they say. DB forecasts an organic decline in revenue of around 11% for the fiscal second quarter. The analysts say that the company's guidance for fiscal 2026 with expected mid single-digit organic sales growth and a mid single-digit decline in organic EBIT, including the impact from U.S. tariffs, is at risk. DB reiterates its sell rating on the stock. Shares are up 0.2% at 46.74 euros. (andrea.figueras@wsj.com)
