10月8日，南京熊猫（600775/00553）发布公告，公司通过上海联合产权交易所公开挂牌转让所持有的参股公司ENC27%的股权。本次转让的标的股权将与其他ENC中方股东持有的ENC22%的股权一并公开挂牌，最终受让方确定为爱立信（中国）有限公司。此次交易的成交价格为4.65亿元，公司所持ENC27%的股权对应价值为2.56亿元。
本次交易预计将对公司本年度产生正面影响，具体影响金额将以经审计的财务报表披露数为准。公司及其他中方股东在本次交易后不再持有ENC股权，交易不构成关联交易及重大资产重组。
2025年中期，南京熊猫实现收入10.43亿元，归母净利润-4558万元。
