智通财经APP讯，利亚零售(00831)发布公告，于2025年10月8日，公司的间接全资附属公司歌莉与承建商淦铠冷链工程服务有限公司订立了一份条款文件，据此承建商承诺就建筑项目在该物业内提供工程，合约总额为1880万港元，并按照歌莉与承建商在建筑合约中协定的其他条款及条件进行工程。
该物业位于香港新界大埔大埔工业邨大喜街3号精密制造中心二楼全层。工程为建造项目中食品生产场地的翻新工程，包括拆除、建筑、电力(含供电升级)、空调、新风及通风系统、水管及排水系统、消防系统、超低压系统及物联网系统的建造工程。
在建筑项目完成后，集团预期将带来若干主要效益，包括透过使用现代化烘焙设备提升烘焙产能和效率。这些改善预期将有助于提升集团的商机、产品供应、市场竞争力及营运效率。
