智通财经APP讯，中华燃气(08246)发布公告，于2025年10月3日(交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)与认购人订立认购协议，据此，认购人有条件同意认购而公司有条件同意配发及发行合共3.34亿股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.075港元。
假设公司的已发行股本于本公布日期至完成日期并无变动，认购股份占(i)公司于本公布日期的现有已发行股本约7.83%;及(ii)经配发及发行认购股份而扩大的公司已发行股本约7.26%。
认购价每股认购股份0.075港元，较于2025年10月3日(即认购协议日期)股份于联交所所报收市价每股0.074港元溢价约1.35%。
假设认购股份获悉数认购，认购事项的所得款项总额预计将为2505万港元，认购事项所得款项净额(扣除所有相关开支后)估计约为2475万港元，即净价约为每股认购股份0.074港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金。
