Healthpeak Properties (DOC) announced Monday a regular monthly cash dividend of $0.10167 for its common stock through December.
The October distribution is payable on Oct. 30 to investors of record Oct. 17, the company said late Monday in a statement.
The November distribution will be payable Nov. 26 to investors of record Nov. 14, and the December distribution will be paid on Dec. 30 to investors of record Dec. 19.
