原油盘中小涨小跌，交易员权衡OPEC+及该组织实际领导国沙特阿拉伯一系列供应举措的影响。

　　WTI涨约0.1%，结算价接近每桶62美元，勉力实现三连涨。OPEC及包括俄罗斯在内的盟友周末决定日增产13.7万桶，而沙特对亚洲的主要油品价格保持稳定，显示其谨慎态度，这令此前预计会出现上涨的交易员感到意外。

　　“OPEC+的11月增产计划相当温和，”Emirates NBD代理首席经济学家和集团研究主管Edward Bell表示，“市场仍将关注库存增加的迹象”。

　　原油8月和9月连续两个月走弱，市场担忧供应过剩即将到来。即使美洲地区的竞争对手不断提高产量，OPEC+近几个月仍持续增产，试图夺回市场份额。交易员同时关注乌克兰对俄罗斯能源设施的袭击，担心可能扰乱供应。

　　过去四周，俄罗斯海运原油出口量接近16个月高位，炼油厂遭遇无人机袭击，迫使供应转到出口码头，有效产能承压。与此同时，欧盟继续推动制裁措施，这将进一步遏制俄罗斯的能源出口。

　　WTI 11月原油期货上涨0.1%，结算价报每桶61.73美元。

　　布伦特12月原油期货结算价跌0.03%，报每桶65.45美元。
