中国信息科技（08178）发布公告，截至2025年9月25日下午四时正（即接纳供股股份及缴付股款的最后时限，以及申请额外供股股份并缴付股款的最后时限）：已接获根据暂定配额对合共324.9万股供股股份作出的1份有效暂定配额通知书，占供股所涉及的合共2747.45万股供股股份总数约11.83%；及已接获根据额外申请表格对合共1188.7万股供股股份作出的7份有效额外供股申请，占供股所涉及之合共2747.45万股供股股份总数约43.26%。
总计已接获及接纳8份有效认购申请，涉及1513.6万股供股股份，占本次供股可供认购之2747.45万股供股股份总数约55.09%。
根据上述结果，供股出现认购不足，尚有1233.84万股供股股份未获认购，占供股可供认购的供股股份总数2747.45万股约44.91%。
由于供股股份认购不足，根据包销协议，包销商已安排认购人认购合共1233.84万股供股股份，占供股可供认购的2747.45万股供股股份总数约44.91%。
