智通财经APP讯，谊砾控股(00076)发布公告，公司全资附属公司谊砾石墨有限公司和 Goldpay Limited已于2025年10月10日签订合作协议。根据该协议，Goldpay 发行一款主要应用方为子公司的实用型区块链代金券(码 76 或 V76)，发行后即在加密货币交易所挂牌，24 小时同主流稳定币相互交易。
V76 可以在主要应用方子公司的《金酷 76 平台》上兑换诸如石墨、石油、矿产品等大宗商品或相关的服务，这些商品或服务皆来自现在和将来与《金酷 76 平台》合作的公司，V76 的应用场景从而得以扩大。
