ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，俄罗斯央行（CBR）第一副行长 Vladimir Chistyukhin 在 Finopolis 论坛上透露，俄罗斯央行已决定允许银行开展加密货币业务，但将引入严格的资本限额和准备金要求。
Chistyukhin 承认：“我们持保守态度。我们正在考虑，例如，将加密货币纳入资产负债表是否真正属于银行业务范畴。”但他也坦言：“在与专业银行业界讨论后，我们认为，不排除银行参与此类业务或许是有意义的。”
Chistyukhin 还指出，俄罗斯央行希望明年通过一项全面规范加密货币投资的法律。这将使当局能够实施许可机制，其认为，首批获得许可的服务提供商可在当年年底前进入市场。
Chistyukhin 呼吁迅速批准适当的加密货币立法的提议得到了其上级、俄罗斯央行行长 Elvira Nabiullina 的支持。
