新浪科技讯 10月10日上午消息，在美图17周年生日会上，美图创始人吴欣鸿发言，并首次分享了RoboNeo问世背后的故事。
过去两个月，美图公司发布的RoboNeo备受市场关注，上线首月MAU突破百万，同时还冲进数十个国家的应用商店分类榜前10。
谈及RoboNeo的突破，吴欣鸿认为离不开公司内部的“反惯性”尝试，包括需求共创、会议从简并缩短决策链路、借助AI工具等初创公司的常用方式。
吴欣鸿介绍，先进的“AI原生组织”，虽然团队规模极小，但通过高频学习和应用各种最新的AI工具，已能够快速完成过去需要多职能、多环节才能完成的工作。AI时代，美图全员应该积极拥抱AI生产力工具，迈向“人人都是多面手”的未来，甚至要朝着“一个人就是一支团队”的方向努力。
据了解，目前美图公司已将AI融入部分研发、设计、运营等关键场景，同时内部推出“AI创新工作室”机制，鼓励员工借助公司资源组建极小规模团队，把产品构想付诸实践。
