智通财经APP获悉，内险股集体走高，截至发稿，新华保险(01336)涨3.11%，报48.46港元；中国太保(02601)涨3.02%，报31.4港元；中国人寿(02628)涨3.02%，报22.52；中国平安(02318)涨1.03%，报54.05港元。
消息面上，近日，金融监管总局印发《关于推动健康保险高质量发展的指导意见》，明确健康保险未来一段时间发展的总体思路和阶段性目标。其中提到，支持监管评级良好的保险公司开展分红型长期健康保险业务。这意味着分红型健康险时隔22年后再度回归市场。
东吴证券指出，2003年原保监会发文叫停分红型重疾险产品，此后只能设计为传统险。在预定利率连续下调的背景下，重新引导分红型健康险有序回归市场，将有助于提升产品吸引力，进一步激发健康险市场增长潜力。开源证券指出，健康险高质量发展意见发布，丰富产品供给、提升“产品+服务”的吸引力，有望带动各类健康险种新一轮发展机遇，险企利差损风险有望进一步降低，利好盈利能力和估值水平提升。
