B.Duck Semk Holdings International (HKG:2250) said it will discontinue a HK$80.2 million share offering after it was unable to fulfill the conditions necessary for completion, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Shares of the character intellectual property licensing business fell over 4% in morning trade Friday.
The lapse of the placing will not have a material adverse impact on the company's operations or finances and B.Duck is considering other fund-raising alternatives, the company said.
