Cobalt Blue Holdings Chairman to Retire, Successor Named; Shares Jump 10%

Cobalt Blue Holdings (ASX:COB) said its Chairman, Rob Biancardi, told its board that he plans to retire at the conclusion of its upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Joe Kaderavek will assume the role from the conclusion of the meeting.
The firm also decided to defer its proposed name change as its "strategy has continued to evolve." It had earlier proposed to seek shareholder approval for the action.
Its shares jumped 10% in recent trading on Friday.
