智通财经APP讯，北京控股环境集团(00154)发布公告，公司于2025年10月10日与中国内地及香港两家建筑公司成立一家非法人合资企业，而合资企业已就香港特别行政区政府环境保护署发出的综合废物管理设施第二期合约(合约编号EP/SP/312/24)提交标书。
I·PARK 2 推动香港政府各项废物减量及回收措施，为实现《香港废物蓝图 2035》及《香港气候行动蓝图 2050》中提出“零堆填”及碳中和的目标作出贡献。合约范围包括设计、建造、营运及保养位于屯门曾咀中部煤灰湖的 I·PARK 2，焚烧设施设计处理量为每日 6,000 公吨的都市固体废物。合约预计于2026年初展开，除设计及建造工程外，合约包括为期 15 年的营运及维修保养服务。
