智通财经APP获悉，汽车股集体走低，截至发稿，小鹏汽车-W(09868)跌4.51%，报86.75港元；理想汽车-W(02015)跌2.91%，报91.85港元；华晨中国(01114)跌3.12%，报4.04港元；长城汽车(02333)跌0.42%，报16.65港元。
消息面上，10月9日，工信部、财政部、税务总局三部门联合发布《关于2026-2027年减免车辆购置税新能源汽车产品技术要求的公告》，明确了未来两年新能源汽车享受购置税减免政策的具体技术标准。新政策对纯电动乘用车和插电式混合动力乘用车提出了更新的技术要求，其中插电式（含增程式）混合动力乘用车纯电动续驶里程不低于100公里的要求尤为引人关注。
申万宏源近期发布研报称，第四批“以旧换新”资金已经下达，汽车补贴陆续进入尾声；以及明年起新能源免征购置税政策结束，取而代之的是减半征收，每辆车最高需额外支付1.5万元税费，购买30万元以上车型的消费者，购车成本将明显上升，进入四季度或许会因此迎来一波市场抢装。
