Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine (SGX:9G2) secured Singapore Exchange Securities Trading's (SGX-ST) approval of the listing and quotation of nearly 169.5 million new shares.
The issuance comprises over 19.7 million placement shares and more than 149.7 million debt conversion shares, with placement due within seven market days from Oct. 8, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
