Perenti recorded no employee fatalities for the 2025 financial year — the first year it had no work-related deaths since 2019.But the group’s Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate — a health and safety metric used across the Australian mining industry — increased from 5.3 in the 2024 financial year to 6.3 in 2025.
