国金证券此前发布研报称，餐饮行业整体复苏乏力时，“性价比餐饮”凭借“客单价亲民+消费需求刚性”成为避风港。小菜园既通过供应链优化维持70.5%高毛利率，又加速开店，“同店修复+规模扩张”持续兑现，是弱市下稀缺的成长标的。
