智通财经APP获悉，华新水泥(06655)涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.74%，报16.7港元，成交额1.43亿港元。
消息面上，近日，华新水泥发布公告，包括拟向激励对象11人授予限制性股票257.8万股；拟斥3225.0万-6450.0万元回购公司A股股份，回购股份价格不超25元/股；公司终止筹划境外子公司分拆上市；公司拟更名为“华新建材”，证券代码未变。国金证券点评称，本次激励计划与之前股票期权和核心员工持股计划形式不同，集中于高管，考核指标更多元。此外，公司境外分拆上市终止一方面减少对母公司的摊薄影响，另一方面反映海外业务正在良性发展。名称变更标志公司从水泥走向建材，稳扎稳打、扩大品类。
值得一提的是，10月9日，国家发展改革委、市场监管总局发布《关于治理价格无序竞争 维护良好市场价格秩序的公告》。其中提到，对价格无序竞争问题突出的重点行业，行业协会等有关机构在国家发展改革委、市场监管总局和行业主管部门指导下，可以调研评估行业平均成本，为经营者合理定价提供参考。国信证券指，稳增长工作方案出台，反内卷升温有望继续提振行业预期，建议关注供给调控趋严、盈利水平有望逐步修复的水泥板块等。
