国盛证券研报指，9月百强房企销售环比正增，主要受季节性因素、核心城市限购政策放松以及房企新规产品加推等因素的带动。该行维持行业“增持”评级，认为2025年仍然是以政策为核心主导力量，中介行业看好贝壳。
