Green Build Technology (SGX:Y06) is expected to raise SG$765,000 through the subscription of 50 million shares at SG$0.0153 per share, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
This follows after the company signed subscription agreements with Equity Consultancy and United Hope for a total 14.61% stake.
The proposed placement will help the company raise funds to improve its financial position.
