智通财经APP讯，东亚银行(00023)发布公告，于2025年10月10日，东亚银行与三井住友银行订立框架协议，东亚银行集团及三井住友集团可根据框架协议的条款订立即期交易及衍生工具合约。
本集团在日常业务过程中向客户提供用于管理/对冲不同类型市场风险(包括但不限于外汇及利率风险)之产品及服务(包括即期交易及衍生工具合约)。本集团亦可能不时与其他金融机构订立即期交易及衍生工具合约，以管理自身的市场风险。三井住友银行作为本行的主要股东，其根据《上市规则》第14A章为本行的关连人士，因此为促进双方在日常业务过程中有效率地进行合适的交易并符合《上市规则》的相关规定，董事认为与三井住友银行订立框架协议乃符合本行的利益。
