智通财经APP讯，中国海外宏洋集团(00081)公布，在2025年9月份，中海宏洋系列公司实现合约销售额人民币28.04亿元及合约销售面积25.17万平方米，分别按年下跌11.0%及4.0%。在2025年1至9月份，累计合约销售额人民币235.87亿元及合约销售面积211.6万平方米，分别按年下跌10.7%及9.1%。截至2025年 9月底，累计认购未签约额人民币5.46亿元及认购未签约面积4.68万平方米。
在2025年9月份，该集团于河北省唐山市路北区新增项目2个，总楼面面积182,942平方米，总土地成本人民币909,240,000元。从2025年1月1日至9月30日期间，集团累计新增总楼面面积1,847,569平方米，总土地成本人民币8,009,270,000元，权益楼面面积1,651,124.94平方米，权益土地成本人民币7,029,290,000元。
