10月10日，用友网络（600588）发布公告，鉴于公司已通过淮海方舟卖出中国联通（600050）的股票，公司已收回全部投资本金及相应投资收益，经与投资基金其他合伙人协商一致，公司决定退出深圳淮海方舟信息产业股权投资基金（有限合伙）。退出手续完成后，公司不再持有该合伙企业的合伙份额。
2017年，公司公司及控股子公司用友广信合计出资2亿元参与投资淮海方舟，出资比例合计为5%。淮海方舟以现金方式认购中国联通股票。
淮海方舟设立的目的是为了便于投资人参与对中国联通的战略投资，中国联通为淮海方舟唯一投资公司。
2025年中期，用友网络实现收入35.81亿元，归母净利润-9.45亿元。
