据微信公众号“绥中县公安局”消息，辽宁葫芦岛市绥中县公安局10月9日发布警情通报：
10月6日19时许，辽宁省葫芦岛市绥中县兴隆路附近发生一起刑事案件，犯罪嫌疑人高大友和被害人王某酒后发生争执，高大友将王某伤害致死后潜逃。
案发后，公安机关全力开展侦查抓捕工作，于10月9日22时许将犯罪嫌疑人高大友抓获归案。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
此前在7日，警方曾发布协查通报：10月6日19时许，绥中县兴隆路附近发生一起重大刑事案件。经工作，绥中县城郊乡兴隆村居民高大友有重大作案嫌疑，案发后潜逃。
协查通报显示：犯罪嫌疑人高大友，男，汉族，身份证号码：211421198012290210，身高170左右，中等身材，逃跑时上身穿短袖上衣，下身穿黑色裤子，脚穿拖鞋。请各单位及广大人民群众在日常工作中注意发现，如有线索请及时与公安机关联系。对提供线索抓获该名犯罪嫌疑人的，公安机关将给予人民币2万元的奖励，对直接抓获该名犯罪嫌疑人的，公安机关将给予人民币5万元奖励。
8日，警方将直接抓获嫌疑人高大友的悬赏金额提升至6万元。
