智通财经APP获悉，周四，中国慢性病管理服务在线平台石榴云医(POM.US)夜盘股价走低，截至发稿，该股跌3.72%，报3.88美元。石榴云医于美东时间10月8日在纳斯达克证券交易所上市，盘中一度大涨近25%，IPO首日收涨0.75%。该股通过发行500万股美国存托股份(ADS)完成IPO定价，每股定价4美元，处于4至6美元发行区间的下限，此次发行共融资2000万美元。
截至2024年12月31日，该公司累计签约医生超21.28万名，开具处方量超300万张，同时拥有69.9万名交易患者(指产生服务消费的患者)。
此次IPO交易中，约瑟夫·斯通资本(Joseph Stone Capital)担任独家账簿管理人。
