BlockBeats 消息，10 月 9 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）已正式解除自 2019 年以来对散户投资者购买加密交易平台票据（ETN）的禁令，前提是相关产品需在 FCA 批准的英国本地投资交易平台上市交易。与 ETF 不同，ETN 属于与加密资产挂钩的债务证券，并未由实物资产支持。值得注意的是，FCA 并未同步解除对加密 ETF 或衍生品的零售禁令。
