Elixinol Wellness (ASX:EXL) said its extraordinary general meeting was postponed to Nov. 11 due to an administrative error by its share registrar, which resulted in certain shareholders not receiving the required notice of meeting within the statutory timeframes, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The meeting was originally scheduled for Oct. 31. A new notice of meeting, access letter, and proxy form will be dispatched to shareholders.
