　　美的置业（03990）盘中涨超8%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.11%，现报4.94港元，成交额2406.35万港元。

　　10月9日，美的置业公布国庆黄金周经营数据。数据显示，美的置业国庆黄金周成交金额3.4亿，来访量3882组，成交套数378套。值得注意的是，在2024年10月重组后，美的置业承接控股股东既有房地产开发资源的全链条开发管理。管理层此前在中期业绩会上表示，2025年的业绩增速预计保持在20%左右。
