智通财经APP获悉，联众(06899)今日正式复牌，盘中一度涨超150%。截至发稿，涨121.05%，报0.42港元，成交额370.39万港元。
消息面上，联众因未按时披露2023年年报，于2024年3月28日起停牌。公司昨日公告已达成复牌指引并于今日复牌。公司9月底曾发布公告称，尽管股份暂停买卖，集团的业务营运在所有重大方面仍如常进行。集团持续经营及发展不同业务分部。集团的游戏业务仍为集团主要收入来源，包括传统联众大厅的PC端游戏业务；及移动端游戏业务近年来，集团亦拓展直播业务，涉及透过各类网络渠道直播棋牌游戏。
