智通财经APP讯，朸濬国际(01355)公布，董事会获悉Hehui International Development Limited (Hehui )(董事会主席兼非执行董事袁富儿先生拥有Hehui 100%实益股权)持有公司539,129,020股普通股(各为一份“抵押股份”)，占公司截至2025年10月9日已发行股本约45.19%;及持有于本公告日期，公司所欠应收账款本金约为2856.9万港元，其已(其中包括)与 Osibao Cosmetics International Limited(承押人)(张政武先生拥有承押人100%实益股权)签署了一份结付协议，据此：(a) Hehui已将345,929,020 股抵押股份转让予承押人;及(b) Hehui已将应收账款的所有权转让予承押人，作为Hehui根据贷款协议对承押人责任及债务的部分清偿。
